Mindfulness is delivered by Adam Harper, Mindfulness Practitioner and Founder of TheMindFarm. Here at Hill View Farm, he empowers and teaches people mindfulness skills that studies show neurologically develop and utilise regions of the brain in ways that can help us better manage stress, anxiety and low mood.
Mindfulness coaching and classes are available as standalone, residential getaway experiences or as 6 to 8-week course programmes designed for life and work.
